I really like this stuff! Only 6 grams of carb, it has 5 grams of fiber, it tastes pretty decent (It's not a choclate malt but the taste is not unappealing) Being dieabetic this a good drink for me plus it provide a whole bunch of protein and vitamins in every can. I drink it before meals to help fill me up and I think it's part of the reason I lost 22 pounds.

I have tried a few of the nutrional protein drinks they have allowed me and I can easily say this is by far the best one I have tried. I love that I can get all that protein packed into 1 can. When I am a little short I just mix in a little protein powder to add a few more grams but it is still good stuff.
