Received product mere days after ordering. Bought when canned product was recalled, and now I like the powdered form better. It has a better flavor than the canned, I think it's because it doesn't have that metallic aftertaste. Does not spoon-mix really well, but it mixes perfectly in a shaker glass with a lid.

I like the product and have it on subcribe and save but why the sudden price increase? My first two orders were at .44 but now they are .75. That is a big difference! .23 per can to .66 per can. I will say that I do like the taste and the extra protein is very important to any diet. I hope Amazon sees this and reconsider's their price.

Chocolatey Vanilla Blitz is an amazing bar! It is very delicious and one can savors every second of it. Even though I do believe that it is small yet it can satisfy your cookie craving immediately. Now instead of eating a chocolate bar or a cookie I grab slim fast bar which taste like candy but is it better nutrition than a candy bar. This flavor really kicked off nicely for me, but over time as I've eaten maybe 30 of these its kinda rolled over the cliff. I think it might be how its just too dry and the cookie dough doesn't seem mushy like in a good ice cream.

Worth a try though if you like cookie dough.

It's not incredibly delicious and it's not going to keep you satisfied forever, but it does its job pretty good. My only complaint is that even if it says it can be stirred with a spoon, it takes a lot of stirring to dissolve and sometimes a significant amount of the powder ends up in the cup instead of in the milk. For the price, however, it is a very good product.

I HAVEN'T LOST A POUND! - alienlady - HOME
I think 300 calories per shake is waaaaay to much for people that do not burn calories like others do. Oh yea... they call it a SLOW METABOLISM! I used it as directed for two weeks. I never lost a pound.

I lost 70 pounds on the Medi-Fast Shakes, but they are waaaaay too expensive.

I am wondering why am I reading reviews on Slim-Fast Optima Plan shakes HERE in the Slim-fast 3-2-1 Plan Shake review board?

I noticed Amazon does this with a lot of products. You notice it when the reviewer uses the name of the product he/she is reviewing.

Suddenly you realize you are reading a review on a model or product that is not the one you are wanting to read about to buy.

Amazon is really bad about combining all reviews on all Cannon Cameras or all other same brand name electronics under the title you are interested in and the some of the reviews are about more expensive or better models. VERY CONFUSING as well as MISLEADING if you do not catch it.

You end up having high expectations about the product you buy and get a big surprise/disappointment when it arrives.

Not Cool Amazon!

But with due diligence and Googling, combined with Amazons great prices and free shipping offer - you can get what you want cheap here.

But remember - beware of the reviews. Like the Optima Plan shakes reviews under the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan shakes right here.

I have deducted from Googling and reading up, that the Optima Plan Shakes are much THICKER, more satisfying and stave off hunger longer than the 3-2-1 Plan Shakes.

I just bought 2 - 3 packs of the 3-2-1 Plan shakes. They are OK tasting (but not very sweet... rather Bland. Even only using 6 ice cubes and 6 ounces of water they are very thin and not like a SHAKE!

Tip - get the Jello Sugar Free - Fat Free INSTANT Pudding (adds very few calories) and add just one level tablespoon of it with your shake mix before you put it in the blender. You'll get a slight texture to your shake and it sweetens it up just right! I use the vanilla Pudding for the Strawberry Shakes and the Chocolate Pudding for the Chocolate Shakes.

The thin watery shake made me feel like I was drinking Flavored Water. YUCK!

use less milk - midge tyler - the paseo
i use organic fat free milk, put in about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of milk. this makes the shake much thicker and keeps me full longer, and it's almost like having chocolate pudding!

I have tried the Jenny Craig bars and use other protein bars so I won't eat candy. These are by far the best bars ever (Sweet & Salty Chocolate Almond) my only problem is they are expensive. It would also be great if they made them lower calorie and less fat. I'm sure they have a nutritionists on staff that could make the changes and make a better bar. When opening the box, the first thing that came to mind was, Gosh these things are tiny. I have eaten SlimFast products before including other types of snack bars. The snack bars I had eaten though weren't as tiny as these were. Therefore I was surprised that the small size was supposed to curb my appetite between meals.

Well the bars were rather tasty. It was more granola bar like than candy bar, resembling a Kudos. The chocolate is satisfying mixed with the nut flavor. It was gone in a couple of bites. I ate it around 3pm, an hour and a half after lunch, which is normally when I start getting a little hungry again. It did satisfy the immediate cravings, although I do wish it had lasted a little longer. I tried it again the next day with smaller bites and that seemed to help more.

The only thing is, there are only 6 bars in the box so it can be a bit pricey if you snack more than once in a day.

These snack bars were tasty and at 100 calories each, they don't load you up. These were conveniently packaged so you could slip one in your briefcase or purse and have a quick snack later in the day.

They are yummy, and in fitting in your calorie count, I suppose they do. They fit into the calorie count because they are small. I think it is a snack and you should note that it is not a healthy snack but a low calorie snack with some protein. You'd still be better off with an apple, however, if the apple isn't cutting it for your sweet tooth and you watch your calories more than the nutritional punch of your food good for it. They are good, they are really small.

I like the taste of these, though they are a bit sweet. I would give them 5 stars, except for the fact that they now come with 5 bars per box instead of 6. That's a heck of a price hike, and I don't like it when companies raise their prices without acknowledging it.

Good product, nice nutritional content, low calories.

The bars are very salty. Had I known that they containend so much salt I would not have ordered them as I am on a doctors salt restricted diet. The bars I have had in the past did not contain so much salt and were tastier.
